Music is known to influence the human behavior and has healing and calming effects. In Ayurved, music has been used for centuries to heal and prepare the mind for recovery. It is a complimentary therapy to almost all many disorders. The very essence of use of music in treatment lies in the fact that any good sound leads to unleashing of positive forces in the body.
At Ojas Ayurved Clinic we have used music extensively during treatment. Today, we have a sophisticated Music Therapy Program developed based on our experiences.
For major common disorders like diabetes, hypertension, acidity, asthama stress etc. Each of these disorders responds to a particular raga, which helps in speedy healing. Music sequences are designed with pieces of pure classical rendition, followed by a classical bandish, or thumari and ending with a popular hindi or marathi song in the same raga. A complete music sequence of 15- 20 min. for each disorder is set. Listens to this music which is familiar, light, and still healing can do wonders to the health!
Nowadays, because of the hectic lifestyle, work pressures, irregular food timings, the STRESS factor has increased to a large extent. Stress leads to ailments like diabetes, hypertension, loss of sleep…… Music helps relieve stress to a very large extent.

OJAS AYURVED CENTRE---- NOW AT NASIK TOO!!
Ojas ayurved centre has started its branch at Nasik. The state of the art centre is fully interiorly designed. It has a separate waiting room,and reception,consulting room, examination room. The panchakarma facility is a different unit which is specious, and well equipped to provide all kinds of panchakarma treatments like shirodhara, pindasweda, snehanam, swedanam etc..The tailer made treatments is the speciality of OJAS.The same policy has been followed at this new centre too. All freshly prepared medicinal oils,medicines, decoctions are given to the patients.
This is not only the patients cure unit but it has also a HEALTHCARE WING too. Where all kinds of health care treatment packages are available like rejuvination package, bridal, would be mother,pregnanacy, forty-up package are the different packages for different phases of life.
Ojas all productions are available at the outlet of Nasik Ojas centre too, like health drink, herbal tea, hair oil,hair pack, abhyang tail,utane(scrub). A separate production unit will be set at this centre very soon.
The centre is in a natural and silent ambiance.The trained doctors are available for consultation from 9 am to 2pm the morning and 5pm to 8 pm in the evening.
The Head, Dr. Sarita Vaidya is available for consultation on every Friday.
The centre is open all days of the week.
