  Forty is the age of woman where she stands on the verge of rejuvenation!  It is a stage where she has undergone tremendous work pressure, responsibilities for long years. Also her body cycles starts changing which create a wave of unhealthy conditions. To bring her out of this phase a complete rejuvenation program is offered by OJAS.
  This contains relaxing soothening panchakarma treatments like abhyangam, shirodhara. Also a complete diet plan which would fit her changed metabolism and last but not the least, counseling to take care of her all possible mental stresses. • Short package : These are a bridged modules for people with time constraints. The treatment is condensed in fewer sessions, without compromising on the quality and overall effectivity. Some of these packages are: Shirodhara with Abhyangam for stress relief; Netratarpan with Hastabhyangam & Padabhyangam for people who work extensively on computers; Head to toe package comprising of Shirodhara, Abhyangam, Mukha Abhyangam and Padabhyangam.
